Hadith 11:191
'Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from the son of Jabir ibn 'Atik, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "As for what is liked of pride, it is for a man to show pride with his sword during fighting and during charity; and he does not like arrogance."
حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك عن الأوزاعي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن محمد بن إبراهيم عن بن جابر بن عتيك عن أبيه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أما ما يحب من الخيلاء فالرجل يختال بسيفه عند القتال وعند الصدقة ولا يحب المرح
