Hadith 11:223
Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, who said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid said: "Go out with us to fight until we make a decision." He said: So I went to him early in the morning, and he said to me: "I read Surah Bara'ah last night, and I found it urging [people] to perform Jihad." He said: So he went out.
حدثنا وكيع عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال قال عبد الرحمن بن يزيد اغزوا بنا حتى نجتعل قال فغدوت إليه فقال لي إني قرأت البارحة سورة براءة فوجدتها تحث على الجهاد قال فخرج
