Hadith 11:238
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Muslim, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There are no days in which righteous action is more beloved to Allah than these days," meaning the ten days. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, not even Jihad in the way of Allah?" He said: "Not even Jihad in the way of Allah, except for a man who went out with his self and his wealth, and did not return with anything from that."
حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن مسلم عن سعيد بن جبير عن بن عباس قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما من ايام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام يعني أيام العشر قالوا يا رسول الله ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله قال ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله إلا رجل خرج بنفسه وماله فلم يرجع من ذلك بشيء
