Hadith 11:251
Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Layth ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from Yazid ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Usama, from al-Walid ibn Abi al-Walid, from 'Uthman ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Suraqa, from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "Whoever shades the head of a warrior, Allah will shade him on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever equips a warrior until he departs, he shall have the like of his reward until he dies or returns. And whoever builds a mosque in which the name of Allah is mentioned, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise."
حدثنا يونس بن محمد نا ليث بن سعد عن يزيد بن عبد الله بن أسامة عن الوليد بن أبي الوليد عن عثمان بن عبد الله بن سراقة عن عمر بن الخطاب قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول من أظل رأس غاز أظله الله يوم القيامة ومن جهز غازيا حتى يستقل كان له مثل أجره حتى يموت أو يرجع ومن بنى مسجدا يذكر فيه اسم الله بنى الله له بيتا في الجنة
