Hadith 11:42
'Isa ibn Safwan ibn 'Amr al-Saksaki narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr, who said: When the fear of the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, intensified regarding those who were struck down with Zayd on the day of Mu'tah, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "The Messiah shall certainly reach groups of people from this nation; they are like you, or better," [he said this] three times. "And Allah will never disgrace a nation of which I am the beginning and the Messiah is the end."
حدثنا عيسى بن صفوان بن عمرو السكسكي عن عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير قال لما اشتد خوف أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على من أصيب مع زيد يوم مؤته قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ليدركن المسيح من هذه الأمة أقواما إنهم لمثلكم أو خير ثلاث مرات ولن يخزي الله أمة أنا أولها والمسيح آخرها
