Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 11:63

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Qutbah ibn Abd al-Aziz, from al-A’mash, from ‘Adi ibn Thabit, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was shown in a dream. He saw Ja’far as an angel with two wings, stained with blood, and Zayd opposite him on a couch, and Ibn Rawahah sitting with them, as if they were turning away from him.
