Hadith 11:64
Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Dawud ibn 'Abd Allah al-Awdi narrated to us, that Wabara Abu Karz al-Harithi narrated to him that he heard al-Rabi' ibn Zayd saying: While the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was traveling, he saw a young boy from Quraysh who had isolated himself from the path, walking. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, "Is that not so-and-so?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Call him." He said, "What is the matter with you that you have isolated yourself from the path?" He said, "O Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), I disliked the dust." He said, "Do not isolate yourself from it, for by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, it is indeed the perfume of Paradise."
حدثنا مالك بن إسماعيل نا زهير نا داود بن عبد الله الأودي أن وبرة أبا كرز الحارثي حدثه أنه سمع الربيع بن زيد يقول بينما رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يسير إذ هو بغلام من قريش شاب معتزل عن الطريق يسير فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أليس ذلك فلان قالوا بلى قال فادعوه قال ما لك اعتزلت عن الطريق قال يا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كرهت الغبار قال فلا تعتزله فوالذي نفس محمد بيده إنه لذريرة الجنة
