Hadith 11:74
Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Sumayy, from al-Nu'man ibn Abi 'Ayyash, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "No servant fasts a day in the way of Allah, except that Allah distances the Fire from his face by that day for seventy autumns."
حدثنا بن نمير عن سفيان عن السمي عن النعمان بن أبي عياش عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يصوم عبد يوما في سبيل الله إلا باعد الله بذلك اليوم عن وجهه النار سبعين خريفا
