Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:13

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Harith, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed that the debt is [to be paid] before the bequest, and you recite: "after any bequest he may make or debt." And that the full brothers (children of the same father and mother) inherit from one another to the exclusion of the half-brothers from the father's side (children of the same father but different mothers).
