Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:33

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zakariya narrated to us, from his father, from Khalid ibn Salamah, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi Dirar narrated to me, he said: Two men disputed before the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he judged against one of them. He said: So he began to deny it and saw otherwise. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "I am only a human being; I judge according to what I see. So whoever I judge [to have taken] something from his brother, let him not take it."
