Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:36

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'Abdah bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id bin Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from Sa'id bin Abi Burdah, from Abu Musa: That two men claimed an animal, and neither of them had evidence. So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) divided it between them.
