Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:46

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Yazid ibn Nu’aym, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib: That Nadrah ibn Aktham married a woman while she was pregnant. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) separated them and decreed the dowry for her.
