Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:6

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Tamim ibn Tarfah, who said: Two men disputed before the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, regarding a camel. Each one of them came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with two witnesses testifying that it was his camel. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, judged between them regarding it.
