Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:63

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed pre-emption (shuf'ah) in everything: the land and the house. Ibn Abi Mulaykah said to him: "And the slave girl and the beast?" Ata said: "Pre-emption is only in the land and the house." Ibn Abi Mulaykah said: "May you have no mother, do you hear me saying 'The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said,' and you say this?"
