Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:68

Shababa ibn Sawwar narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) decreed regarding a woman who is killed, that her child inherits from her, and the blood money (diya) is upon her agnatic relatives ('asaba).
