Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:69

Shababa narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, he said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, decreed that a killer does not inherit anything from the blood money (diyah) of the one he killed from among his kin, whether intentionally or by mistake.
