Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:74

Shababa narrated to us, he said: Layth ibn Sa’d narrated to us, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed regarding the fetus of a woman from Banu Lihyan that fell dead, [the compensation of] a male slave or a female slave. Then, the woman upon whom the compensation was decreed died. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed that her inheritance belongs to her husband and her children, and that the blood money (diya) is upon her paternal relatives (asaba).
