Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:76

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, Ibn Abi Mulaykah, and ‘Amr ibn Dinar, they said: We have not ceased hearing that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) decreed regarding the runaway slave who is found outside of the Sanctuary (al-Haram) [a penalty of] one dinar and ten dirhams.
