Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 20:78

Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Sa’id ibn Abi Burdah, from his father, from his grandfather, that two men claimed a camel, and each of them sent two witnesses. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, judged between them regarding it.
