Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1033

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Layth, from Ibn Sabit, that a person who had been punished with the prescribed punishment (hadd) was brought to Ali, and he had married a woman who had not been punished with the prescribed punishment. So he separated them.
