Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1034

Bakkar ibn Abdullah narrated to us, from Musa ibn Ubaydah, from his brother Abdullah ibn Ubaydah, that a female slave of the Banu Harithah was flogged for the punishment of adultery. A man wanted to marry her, so he consulted Abu Hurayrah. He said: "Do not, unless you have done the same as she did."
