Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Yahya, who said: Abu Hurayrah said: "It is not lawful for the first [husband] until the other [husband] has had sexual intercourse with her."
