Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1047

Abdah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "For the virgin, seven [nights], and for the previously married woman, three [nights]."
