Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1050

'Abdah narrated to us, from Abu Sa'id, from Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi, they both said: "If he marries a virgin while having a wife, he stays with her for seven [days]. And if he marries a previously married woman while having a wife, he stays with her for three [days]."
