Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1051

'Abdah narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, who said: He shall stay with the virgin for three [nights], and then he shall divide [his time]. And if he marries a previously married woman, he shall stay for two nights, and then he shall divide [his time].
