Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:107

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ayyash narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn Dinar, from the one who narrated to him, from al-Hasan, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a man marries off his son while he is unwilling, then it is not a marriage. And if he marries him off while he is young, his marriage is valid."
