Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1157

Ibn Mahdi and Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, that Alqama passed by a woman while she was breastfeeding a child of hers after the two years. He said: "Do not breastfeed him after that."
