Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1177

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from al-Musayyab ibn Rafi', from Qabisah ibn Jabir, from Umar, who said: "I will not be brought a man who makes marriage lawful for another (a *muhallil*) and the one for whom it is made lawful (*muhallal lahu*) except that I will stone them both."
