Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1178

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha’, from Abu Ma‘shar, from a man, from Ibn ‘Umar, that he said: "May Allah curse the one who marries a woman to make her lawful for her former husband (al-muhallil), the one for whom it is done (al-muhallal lahu), and the woman for whom it is done (al-muhallalah)."
