Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:118

Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, that Ibn Abbas, when he would marry [someone], he would stipulate [the condition of] retaining [the wife] in kindness or releasing [her] with goodness.
