Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1198

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he used to say: If a man divorces his wife while she is pregnant, or if he dies and leaves her behind, then her waiting period (‘iddah) is until she delivers her burden.
