Jarir narrated to us, from Mansur, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Ziyad ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from 'Amr ibn al-Harith ibn al-Mustaliq, who said: It used to be said: The people with the severest punishment are two: a woman who disobeys her husband, and an Imam of a people while they are averse to him.
