Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:124

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Salim, from Mujahid, regarding the verse: "And they have taken from you a solemn covenant," he said: "The marriage contract." He said: "His saying: 'I have married you [to her].'"
