Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1240

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Abza, who said: The likeness of a righteous woman to a man is like the likeness of a crown adorned with gold upon the head of a king. And the likeness of an evil woman to a righteous man is like the likeness of a heavy burden upon an old man.
