Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1242

Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Abu Nasr Abdullah ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, from Abdullah ibn Amr, who said: "Shall I not inform you of the three calamities?" He was asked: "And what are they?" He said: "A tyrannical leader; if you do good, he does not thank you, and if you do evil, he does not forgive you. And an evil neighbor; if he sees a good deed, he covers it, and if he sees an evil deed, he spreads it. And an evil wife; if you are present, she angers you, and if you are absent from her, she betrays you."
