Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:125

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from ‘Ikrimah and Mujahid, regarding [the verse]: "And they have taken from you a solemn covenant." They both said: "You took them by the trust of Allah, and you made their private parts lawful by the word of Allah."
