Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Mujahid, regarding His saying: "And do not hold onto the marriage bonds of disbelieving women." He said: If the wife of a Muslim joins the polytheists, she is no longer counted among his wives.
