Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1282

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from al-Sha'bi, regarding His saying: "those who have no physical desire" (ghayri uli al-irba). He said: The one who has not reached the desire to look upon the private parts of women.
