Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1284

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, regarding His saying: “...those who have no desire from men...” [An-Nur: 31]. He said: “The one whose desire for women has not reached [maturity].”
