Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1293

'Abdah narrated to us, from Ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, who said: Every invalid marriage, such as the one who marries a woman during her waiting period ('iddah) and similar cases of invalid marriage—if he has consummated the marriage with her, then she is entitled to the dowry (sadaq), and they are to be separated.
