Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1294

Yahya ibn Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from his father, from al-Hakam, that he said: She is to be separated from her husband, and she shall have the dowry for what he made lawful of her private parts.
