Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1318

Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, who said: A man said to Ibn Sirin, "Should I face the Qibla on the road? Do I not have the first look, then I turn my gaze away from it?" He said, "Do you not read the Quran? 'Lower their gaze' [and] 'He knows the treachery of the eyes and what the breasts conceal.'"
