Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1329

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who divorces his wife one or two pronouncements before he has consummated the marriage with her, then he has intercourse with her while he thinks that he has the right to take her back: She is entitled to the dowry, and they are to be separated.
