Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1330

Muhammad ibn Sawa narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatada, regarding a man who divorced his wife and then had intercourse with her while he believed that he had the right to take her back: He said: "She has the full dowry (mahr) due to his having intercourse with her."
