Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1333

'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, regarding a man who divorced his wife once before he had consummated the marriage with her, then he had intercourse with her while he believed that he had the right to take her back (raj'ah). He said: They are to be separated, and she is entitled to the full dowry (sadaq).
