Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1338

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Habib, from ‘Amr, from Jabir ibn Zayd, who said: He was asked about a man who married a woman, then divorced her before he had touched her. Then it was said to him, "She has not become forbidden to you," so he entered upon her as in the first marriage. She remained with him for two years and bore him children, then he learned that she was forbidden to him. He said: "They are to be separated. He shall give the woman, for her first marriage, half of her dowry, and for his entering upon her and having intercourse with her, a full dowry."
