Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sawa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Arubah, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, who said: It is not permissible for her to separate from him until she brings him before the authority; then it is either a prescribed punishment (hadd) or a mutual cursing (li'an).
