Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Ata' al-Khurasani, from 'Umar bin 'Abd al-'Aziz, he said: She has half of the dowry, and there is no inheritance for her, and there is no waiting period ('iddah) upon her.
