Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 9:1356

Jarir narrated to us, from al-Mughirah, from al-Harith, who said: If he divorces his wife during his illness three times, or [gives her] one divorce before he has consummated the marriage with her, then there is no inheritance between them.
