17268. Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who kisses a woman, or touches her, or comes to her in other than her private part: If he wishes, he may marry her, and if he wishes, he may marry her daughter. And if it were the daughter, he may marry the mother if he wishes.
